Pre Field Evaluation
Would you like to have your system checked for compliance with UL standards? We know the right contacts at UL and always find exactly the right expert for your needs. After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report.
Limited Production Certification
It does not get any more legally secure than this. A system certified to this standard is considered a tested component and will be treated accordingly by the local AHJ. In addition, a Limited Production Certification (LPC) is valid throughout the USA.
Electrical installation of the system
We take care of the electrical installation of your complete system. Of course, we not only know which standard applies to which installation, but also ensure compliance with the applicable regulations in each case.
Installation HazLoc Class 1 Div. 2
We take care of planning and implementing the electrical installation, cable routing, and control cabinet construction for machines in Class 1, Division 2 (HazLoc) in accordance with NEC 500.

Once the system has safely arrived at your customer’s site, we will be happy to take care of reassembly at the destination. Our reliable local partners ensure smooth processing and a satisfied customer.
Inspection of your system in accordance with UL standards
In recent years, the USA has seen a significant tightening in the monitoring of standards and UL certification. Since then, local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) have been paying much closer attention to compliance with UL standards. If an electrical system does not fully comply with these regulations, certification is denied, commissioning is not permitted, and costly rework is the result. With a pre-inspection of your system by UL, you are on the safe side.
The problem? In a far-reaching organization like Underwriters Laboratories (UL), finding the right contact person can sometimes be quite time-consuming. Thanks to our many years of cooperation with UL, we at Krayer can quickly and easily connect you with the right expert. We know what matters in an inspection and coordinate everything with our partners at UL. With our UL services, you no longer have to worry about anything.
In most cases, the greatest effort is usually caused by inspection of the control cabinet. Since the control cabinets we manufacture are already UL-certified, they no longer need to be included in the inspection of the entire system, which makes acceptance easier and faster—or in other words: With Krayer’s UL control cabinet construction, you save real money!
Pre Field Evaluation
During a Pre Field Evaluation, an experienced employee of Underwriters Laboratories checks your system for compliance with UL standards. You then receive a detailed report listing all findings. Krayer supports this process not only by providing the circuit diagram; as part of our comprehensive UL services, we also stay in constant contact with the right experts at UL and, if desired, take care of all formalities—only any necessary adjustments may still have to be made by you.
Limited Production Certification
A Limited Production Certification offers you maximum security when exporting your system to the USA. Acceptance by Underwriters Laboratories takes place in Germany and is confirmed with the corresponding UL test mark. For this purpose, UL clarifies all open questions with the AHJ at the destination. In the USA, the entire system is subsequently treated like a component. Should the system be relocated to another site, the LPC remains valid.

Our goal is always to go one step further than others. That is why, as part of our UL services, we are also happy—at your request—to take care of the complete industrial assembly, including electrical installation and commissioning of your system.

There is hardly anything more annoying than delivery delays for your customers—especially when things need to move fast. Even worse is when the system has to be shipped back to Germany because you used the wrong wood for the packaging or chose unsuitable packaging. It really happens. Reassembly of the system in the USA
Once your system has arrived safely at the customer’s site, we will of course also organize the final step—reassembly. A team of experienced engineers and workers from one of our local partner companies will travel to your customer and carry out all work required with the same thoroughness with which you built the system.
