It is with pride and joy that we have accepted our nomination for the “Großer Preis des Mittelstandes” business competition. Since 1994, the Oskar Patzelt Foundation has presented this award annually to particularly successful small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany. Companies are evaluated in five areas:
- Overall Performance
- Creating and securing jobs and training opportunities,
- Innovation and Modernization
- Commitment to the Region
- Marketing and Service
Krayer Systemtechnik GmbH has continued to evolve in recent years. The company fosters its employees and supports them through various initiatives, such as providing childcare for preschool-aged children. Through investments in IT and new machinery—such as the Perforex machining center, which was installed just a few weeks ago—the company is continually automating its work processes. When it comes to the environment, Krayer takes great care to conserve electricity and has, for example, replaced all fluorescent lights with energy-efficient bulbs. Krayer is also active in the region and regularly supports nonprofit organizations with donations. “For us, our commitment to our employees, our customers, and our region is one of the most important factors in our sustained growth,” explains Managing Director Werner Krayer. “That’s why we’re exceptionally pleased to be among the nominated companies in this turbulent year. Just as with the Hollywood Oscars for movie stars, the nomination itself is already an honor.” Krayer Systemtechnik GmbH was nominated by Christian Kalkbrenner, the owner of Kalkbrenner Management Consulting, who also serves as chairman of the Oskar Patzelt Foundation’s Business Advisory Board.
