During the proposal phase, you will handle organizational coordination with customers to ensure a smooth process and resolve any outstanding issues. You will also provide organizational support to project management by coordinating schedules and monitoring project progress. In the after-sales department, you will conduct customer satisfaction surveys to ensure that customers remain satisfied with the products and services provided.
